STEP back in time with an Auld Lochgelly film night on Wednesday June 26.
It’s been organised by the Lochgelly Gala Committee and takes place in St Serfs Church, with a matinee at 3.30pm and an evening show at 6.30pm.
Refreshments will be available and tickets cost £2. It’s a great chance to see films held in trust by the National Library of Scotland, which show the town and its people as they used to be.
It features various events from the 1920s through to the 1950s, including old folks outings, galas, the opening of St Patrick’s Church and more.
All the proceeds go to this summer’s Lochgelly Gala. Tickets are available from the Minto Lounge and Special Occasions.
