A CARDENDEN man suspected of drink-driving refused to comply with testing procedures.
As a result, William Kerwin, 43, of Muitonhall Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 9 at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, he failed to provide a specimen of urine required to ascertain his alcohol consumption and whether he had been fit to drive earlier in Station Road, Lochgelly.
Kerwin will be sentenced on July 3. He has been banned from driving until sentencing.
