A 27-YEAR-OLD Cowdenbeath man who admitted growing cannabis at a property in Dunfermline has been sentenced.
Jason Sinclair, of Stenhouse Street, returned to the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on June 11 last year, at Woodmill Street, Dunfermline, he produced cannabis, a class B drug.
The court heard Sinclair had a previous conviction for a similar offence.
Sheriff Craig McSherry imposed a community payback order with 12 months’ supervision and 225 hours of unpaid work. Sinclair was also placed on a restriction of liberty order for four months.
