THE team from Lochgelly South Primary School did the area proud on Saturday when they played in the North of Scotland final of the Rotary Primary School Quiz.
Having won the Cowdenbeath area and Fife and Kinross competitions they qualified for the District 1010 final at the Beach Ballroom, in Aberdeen.
They were prominent throughout but the top three teams were pretty impressive and help off their challenge to qualify for the Scottish finals.
South teacher Lee Steel said: "They did so well, but there were some really strong teams that had clearly been there before! We have to remember that two of our members are only P6 so can have another go at it next year. We had a lovely day and the boys were so proud just to have reached that level of the competition!"
