THIS week's Down Memory Lane photographs come from former Lochgelly man Hugh Robertson.

Hugh was a miner who left to work in Nottinghamshire over 40 years ago but he has had these pictures for a long time and felt that they deserved a spot in our look back page.

One of them shows the Iron and Coal Company's Waggon Shop crew from the 1940s, while another is a shot of Bank Street from the 1960s and shows the shops which later became Graham's.

There are also shots of the Berry Street flats from the late 1980s and a rare shot of Gordon Street from many decades ago.

If you have any old photographs you would like to see in our Down Memory Lane feature send them to or take them to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly on a Monday or a Tuesday.
