A VAN DRIVER failed to see a lane closure ahead of him and crashed into the back of a road maintenance lorry.
The collision took place on the A92 near Lochgelly.
Charles McDonagh, 29, of Station Road, Coalisland, Northern Ireland, submitted a guilty plea to dangerous driving through his solicitor at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 5, on the A92 near Lochgelly, he drove a van dangerously, failed to observe a lane closure and collided with the back of a stationary BEAR Scotland maintenance lorry.
Sheriff Charles MacNair deferred sentence until May 31 for McDonagh to appear personally in court.
