A LOCHGELLY man has admitted an assault in which the victim was punched on the head repeatedly.
David St John, 41, of Cartmore Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 24, at Sharp Grove, Lochgelly, he assaulted his victim by punching him on the head repeatedly and seizing his clothing, all to his injury.
He also admitted that on the same day, at Dunfermline police station, he assaulted a police officer by pushing him on the body.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and sentence was deferred until May 22.
