ANYONE going to Lochore Meadows Country Park on Saturday could find themselves seeing some unusual people!
For the Meedies Park Run will have a Star Wars theme with over 100 runners appearing as their favourite character from the iconic films.
Said Meedies Running Club's Dave McKay: "On Saturday May 4, Star Wars Day, we are having a themed park run at Lochore Meadows.
"The park run start at 9.30am leaving from the Willie Clarke Centre, we are encouraging our runners/walkers etc to come dressed up as a Star Wars character when participating in the park run. We should have around 150 to 200 participants".
Lochore Meadows parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 9:30am in Lochore Meadows Country Park.
