WITH just under two weeks to go to Cowdenbeath Rotary Club's Ladies Day fundraiser at Hill of Beath Club there are two tables to be filled.
Thursday's meeting of the club was told by secretary David Hunter that organiser Marie Shevas had reported that a few late withdrawals had created the space but she was hopeful of getting the gaps filled for the event on May 5.
A number of fundraising activities would be taking place on the day with the event getting into full swing at 2pm.
An auction was to be held during the event for a number of very good items.
President Norman Black said: "We are still collecting raffle prizes and tickets are being sold for the shopping trip to New York.
"We are also hoping for an appearance by our Guide Dog Lady who we are sponsoring."
