THIS week's Down Memory Lane photo collection comes from exile Doreen Lyons who now lives in Ayrshire.
Doreen is from Ballingry originally but moved to Ayrshire 40 years ago.
She has these photos, indeed a small selection of a number her family gathered and took with them.
These show Catherine Terrace residents in Crosshill gathered together for this picture. Then there is a shot of Ballingry taking shape in the late 1950s as the township begins to really sprout and a picture of miners' checks from Glencraig Colliery.
The fourth picture is from the late 1960s with the loch at what is now Lochore Meadows Country Park as the improvement works were taking a grip of the countryside.
If you have any old pictures you would like to see in Down Memory Lane take them along to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, on a Monday or a Friday or email them to editorial@centralfifetimes.co.uk
