A 59-YEAR-OLD Kelty man assaulted someone with a kitchen tray then seized a woman by the hair.
When arrested, Hugh Milne continued to create a disturbance after being put in a police van.
Milne, 59, of Provost Mill Way, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 16, at an address in Kelty, he assaulted Brandon Moir by striking him with a kitchen tray.
He then behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by struggling with people whereby he seized Isa Robson by the hair.
Milne also admitted that he shouted, swore, acted aggressively, repeatedly shouted in a police van going to the police station, and banged and kicked at the cage door.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Milne will be sentenced on April 3.
