THIS week's Down Memory Lane photos come from another of our exiles, David Grieve, who stays in London.

David is a Lochgelly man but left the area more than 40 years ago and has a number of old Lochgelly pictures in his possession.

The pictures that he has emailed to us are all from Lochgelly West Primary School. These include a class photo from 1972 as well as one from February 1971 with the school football team taking a bow after doing well in a local competition.

There is also a pic of the school team from the 1935-36 season when they won the Schools Championship and also the Mill Cup, and the fourth shot is from June 1972 when there was a display of work carried out by pupils.

If you have any old photographs you would like to see in our Down Memory Lane feature send them to or take them to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, on a Monday or a Friday.
