A 37-YEAR-OLD man has been ordered not to enter the Debenhams store in Dunfermline after being caught shoplifting there.
Robert Lawrie, 37, of Cooper Ha’ Avenue, Lochgelly, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on December 19, at Debenhams, Kingsgate Centre, Dunfermline, he stole a quantity of shower gel.
Depute fiscal Rebecca Clark said the value of the stolen goods was £29 and there was full recovery.
On being cautioned and charged by police, Lawrie said: “I never stole it.”
Sheriff Chris Shead called for reports and Lawrie will be sentenced on March 6.
