AN application for permission to change the use of a wooded area near Cowdenbeath to become hutted accommodation has been lodged with Fife Council.
Wendy Cochran, from Boston Spa, has asked Fife Council for consent to change of use of land at Dalbeath Woodland, by Hill of Beath, Cuddyhouse Road, from woodland to hutting (20 huts) and associated car parking and access.
