Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A MAN and woman have been fined following an assault in Kelty.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court were John Connelly, 46, of Lochleven Terrace, and Mary Richardson, 33, of Keltyhill Crescent, both of Kelty.
The charges related to an incident on September 29 at Keltyhill Road, when a man was assaulted.
Connelly admitted that he assaulted the victim by punching him repeatedly and striking him on the head. He was fined £240 by Sheriff James MacDonald.
Richardson admitted assaulting the man by punching him on the head and body to his injury. She was fined £200.
