NEW Year's day 2019 was a special one at Camilla Care Home in Auchtertool.
For Cowdenbeath couple Karen Cafferkey and Brian Hood chose it as the place for their marriage.
Said Karen: "My mum Jean is a resident at Camilla and we thought why not take our wedding to mum and the Camilla management and staff were brilliant.
"Our guests had a great time and everything went really well.
"Maybe not a traditional wedding venue but it went very well for us and we cannot thank everyone who took part enough for their brilliant support and the staff at the Camilla.
"Mum had a great day too so what a lovely way to start 2019."
