The stretch which passes Cowdenbeath sees cars speeding.
A CAR has been spotted going at almost twice the speed limit on the A92 near Cowdenbeath.
Police have confirmed that a 20-year-old man has been charged and reported to the procurator-fiscal after his car was seen travelling at more than double the 70mph limit on the A92 near Cowdenbeath on Sunday December 30.
This is the latest in a series of incidents where vehicles have been seen exceeding the regional road maximum.
The stretch between Crossgates and Cowdenbeath is regularly the site for a speed camera van and hundreds of drivers are caught each year exceeding the limit on this stretch.
