THE children at Crossgates Primary School took to the stage last week to celebrate Christmas Movies.
The children from Primary 4 to Primary 7 performed songs that had been featured in popular Christmas movies, including 'Elf', 'Home Alone' and 'Nativity'.
The show was performed for family and friends and was greeted with great enthusiasm from the school community. Each class performed their own song and the children came together to sing three songs.
The show had been written by P7 teacher, Lisa O’Donnell.
She said: “We are immensely proud of our Crossgates Kids and all the hard work they have put into the show.
"They sparkled and shined like the true wee stars they are.”
This is the fourth time Miss O’Donnell has written the Crossgates Primary performance.
She added: “I’m not quite sure what we will do next year. I will have to get my thinking cap on now!”
