THIS week's Down Memory Lane selection comes from exile Jean Smithard, who stays in Kincardine.

Jean is a Lochgelly woman but has stayed in West Fife for a number of years and she felt these pictures from the first half of the 20th century would interest readers.

One of her shots is of the Lochgelly Flower Show Committee of the late 1960s when the show used to flourish in the town hall, and another is of the staff at Shepherd's Crown Dairy.

There is also a shot of work going on at Cartmore Farm, on the outskirts of the town in the early 1900s and then a nice picture of coalman Bobby Crawford, from the Happyland.

If you have any old photographs that you would like to see in Down Memory Lane send them to editorial@centralfifetimes.co.uk or take them to the Times Office, 17 Bank Street, Lochgelly, on a Monday or a Friday.
