A 41-YEAR-OLD Dalgety Bay man has appeared in court and admitted a string of offences, including assaulting a boy.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was Duncan Johnstone, 41, formerly of Skua Drive, now living in Main Street, Crossgates.
He admitted that on August 30, he shouted and swore at his partner, brandished his fist, kicked toys, made threats and offensive comments and acted aggressively all in the presence of three children.
He further admitted that on September 14, he assaulted a 12-year-old boy by seizing him by the throat and holding him against a wall.
Johnstone also breached a bail condition imposed on August 31, by entering his former home.
Sentence was deferred for reports until December 12.
