A KELTY man carried out an assault and then caused a disturbance at hospital in Kirkcaldy where he struggled violently with police officers.
As a result, Gary McBurney, 29, of Croftangry Road, has appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 28, at Cameron Place, Kincardine, he assaulted a man by punching him on the head to his injury.
He also admitted that on the same day, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, he shouted, swore, refused to desist and struggled violently with police officers.
Sentence was deferred until December 5 for reports.
