A COWDENBEATH man has been found guilty of embezzlement over a five-year period, following a jury trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Jonathan Drury, 51, of Acorn Road, was manager and director of Phoenix Precision Limited when he committed the offence.
He was convicted of a charge that on various occasions between January 1, 2010, and February 13, 2015, at William Tracy Waste Management, Cable Road, Glenrothes, and Phoenix Precision Limited, Crompton Road, Glenrothes, he embezzled a sum of money.
Following the jury’s verdict, Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and sentencing was deferred until November 26.
