A WOMAN was injured after being punched repeatedly when violence broke out in Cowdenbeath.
The incident resulted in Amanda McKenna appearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
McKenna, 31, of North Street, Lochgelly, admitted that on March 13, in Station Road, Cowdenbeath, she assaulted her victim by repeatedly punching her on the head, seizing her body and struggling violently with her, to her injury.
Sheriff Jillian Martin-Brown called for reports and McKenna will return to court to be sentenced on October 24.
