SO what did your children do this week ?
The 46th Fife (Cowdenbeath) Scout troop have been at the Auchengillian Jamboree and having an exciting programme so full there was no time to worry about the showers. The Scout Group's leader, Graham Gilbert said: "There were some excellent activities for the Cowdenbeath scouts to get involved in.
"There were trips on speed boats, zorbing, hillwalking, Itβs a Knockout, retro games, cookouts, campfires and pool parties.
"The assault course was so muddy all the cloths had to go in the bin.
"The food was good and there was homemade pizza, while the trips were good so it was all happening. Our children have had a great time".
The Cowdenbeath Scouts had fundraised most of the camp fees and this was their reward for their hard work.
We are about to start our own Explorer Unit for 14 β 18 year olds boys and girls on the 23rd August.
We also have a few vacancies for younger boys and girls aged 6 β 8 years old in the Beaver Section
