THE search has begun for a former pupil of Lochgelly High School after his medal was found in Cornwall.
Chris Glanville found the medal while out walking his dog in Newquay and said on his Facebook page: “This is long shot I know but found this on the street does anyone know a Craig Robson at school in 1995. This coin was given for doing good in mathematics.”
He had just looked down at the street when he saw the medal, a real chance find and Chris would like the owner to get it back.
The medal said: “Lochgelly High School Academic Achievement Craig Robson Mathematics H Grade 1995”.
Craig will now be approaching 40 but whether he still stays in the Cowdenbeath-Lochgelly area is not known.
Chris Glanville would love to know and the Times would like to help him.
Said Chris: "Craig clearly was good at mathematics and it would be something he would treasure and it would be great to be able to get it back to him."
