THE Absolute Jam capture the authentic raw energy and sound of The Jam’s early punk roots in addition to playing a full range of songs from The Jam’s back catalogue.
They will be at Dunfermline's Carnegie Hall on Saturday February 2.
Playing everything from In The City, Going Underground, Town Called Malice, Eton Rifles and The Modern World, to some album tracks and B sides they are guaranteed to please both the avid Jam fan as well as those only familiar with the hits.
The band released 18 consecutive Top 40 singles in the United Kingdom, from their debut in 1977 to their break-up in December 1982, including four number one hits. As of 2007, "That's Entertainment" and "Just Who Is the 5 O'Clock Hero?" remained the best-selling import singles of all time in the UK.
