RUBBER Stamp Promotions have booked the most successful Stone Roses tribute, The Complete Stone Roses, to headline the Windsor Hotel Kirkcaldy on Friday November 2.
The band played the venue in January and were keen to return after a great gig in front of the energetic Kirkcaldy crowd!
Three local favourites have been booked to support at this one, The Sunset Spirit, Break The Butterfly and Gentlemen Jackals. You can purchase tickets in advance from the Windsor priced £12.50 and tickets are also available from Ticketweb. Doors open at 7:30pm and the age limit for this gig is 18+.
The Complete Stone Roses are one of the UK’s most well known, most seen and most successful tribute bands. Selling out venues across the UK and Ireland regularly, they have helped to carry on the music of one of the UK’s most influential bands, The Stone Roses.
The Stone Roses played a pivotal role in the history of the UK’s indie music scene. Famous hits like Fools Gold, I Am The Resurrection and I Wanna Be Adored are as recognisable now as they were in the heyday of Madchester and the Hacienda, the cultural icons from which the original band were born.
Stone Roses Mani said: "I'm all for anything that keeps the Roses music alive". They do our songs real justice. At times, they play even better than we did!"
