CUSICK.- Sally and Jim would like to thanks all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, flowers and cards received during the sad loss of Phil. Most sincere thanks to all the staff at Benore Care Home who cared for Phil with so much devotion, thanks to Father Dominic for a lovely service and to Angela and Paul at John Gilfillan Funeral Directors for the arrangements carried out with great dignity and compassion, thanks also to Jane and Lochore Institute for the excellent catering and service. And finally a special thanks to all those who came together at St. Patrick's RC Church and thereafter Lochgelly Cemetery, to pay their last respects to Phil.
