PENMAN William Peacefully, at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Tuesday 23rd November 2021, William (Bill) aged 89 years, from Cowdenbeath. Beloved husband of Elsa, dearly loved dad of Aileen, Anne, Brian and Stuart. He was also a loving father-in-law, di, great-grandad and brother, who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at Dunfermline Crematorium, on Wednesday 8th December 2021 at 2.45pm, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please.
