PHILBIN Peacefully at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy on Monday 26th October 2020, Wendy aged 54 years. Dearly loved wife of Brian, much loved mum of Donna and mother-in-law to Gary and a devoted gran to Liam and Ciara. She was also a loving friend who will be sadly missed. Due to the current restrictions, the funeral service at Dunfermline Crematorium will be private.
