BELL Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy on Thursday 31st October 2019, Joyce Bell nee Fotheringham, aged 67 years of Cardenden. Beloved wife of the late Brian, loving mum to Kyly and the late Chris, mother-in-law of Shaun, a loving and devoted gran to Rory and Lucy, and a much loved sister to Ruth and Arthur. Funeral Service will take place at Bowhill Cemetery on Thursday 14th November 2019 at 11.00am, to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
