SMITH.- Peacefully at the Queen Margaret Hospital on Thursday 4th October 2018, Jack aged 88 years of Cowdenbeath. Beloved husband of the late Fay, loving dad to Stephen, Gordon and Derek, cherished granddad to all his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service will take place at Dunfermline Crematorium on Friday 12th October 2018 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please, however there will be an opportunity to leave a donation to Chest, Heart and Stroke if so desired.
