POPULAR local artiste, Clark Stewart, is opening for Joe Longthorne this week at Rothes Halls, Glasgow Pavilion and Ayr Gaiety Theatre.
The entertainer, who learned his stuff with Kelty Musical Association, said, “Joe has been one of my showbiz heros over the years, and to finally perform with him is certainly ‘one off the bucket list!’” Comedy vocalist Clark began his singing career with the ‘Kelty Musical’, and then started winning local talent competitions including at the the old “Minto Club” and at Lochore Institue, judged by former Times Editor, Jack Dougary!
Added Clark, “I’m also performing with Elaine Paige and Susan Boyle at Glamis Prom in July, then Cruising this year with P&O on board Oriana, Arcadia, Oceana, and with Fred Olsen on board Boudicca & Black Watch Cruise Ships so it is a busy time.”
