There are two different roles available, depending on your skills and ambitions – Directors and Connectors. Both roles are very exciting, rewarding and are open to all – so it just depends on you!

Connectors are key individuals in the network, and they will be responsible for raising the profile of Fife Youth Arts Hub and youth arts as a whole amongst young people in the Kingdom. Their role will be to provide effective communication between the local community & the Hub, through regular updates on social media and other online communities, as well as out there on the streets of Fife! Connectors will keep young people informed, ensure youth arts are kept in the public debate, and remain engaging for their age group. They will collect, report and circulate youth arts news, events and stories, and encourage young people to share these stories and achievements, and to get involved with the #Hub8, website.

Directors will have a slightly different role, and will play an active part in shaping what happens through Fife Youth Arts Hub. They will make decisions affecting FUTURE direction, priorities and activities, and communicate with and represent the views of the young people in their area. Directors will be expected to attend regular board meetings, as well as a diverse range of events including meetings, presentations, seminars and conferences. They will represent Fife Youth Arts Hub at national and regional levels Connectors & Directors opportunities are open to anyone aged between 0 and 25 years-old with an enthusiasm and passion for the arts in Fife.
