THE KINGS of swing are coming to West Fife on Thursday and they are bringing their hit show Rat Pack Live with them.

An all-star cast performing as Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr and Frank Sinatra will be gracing the Alhambra Theatre, in Dunfermline, taking the audience back to the swinging ’50s and ’60s.

The brand-new production featuring a big live band and the charismatic trio will be performing classic hits such as New York New York, Mr Bojangles, I’ve Got You Under My Skin, That’s Amore, That’s Life and more.

Mark Halliday has performed as Dean Martin to critical acclaim both in London’s West End and in international touring productions.

He has also played the role of Hades in Disney’s new musical, Hercules in the States.

Show producer Michael Taylor said, “Mark carries off Dino’s stage presence to a tee – spirit glass in one hand, microphone in the other. He captures his polished irreverence on beautifully-performed songs like Ain’t That a Kick in the Head, Mambo Italiano and That’s Amore.” Stephen Rashbrook is performing as Frank Sinatra, his credits include playing Ol’ Blue Eyes at the Strand, Savoy and Adelphi Theatres in London’s West End and on UK, European and US tours. Stephen has also worked alongside stars such as Dame Judi Dench, Ben Kingsley and Daniel Day Lewis at the National Theatre, in the West End and on Broadway.

Jim Whitley completes the trio of music legends as Sammy Davis Jnr. Jim’s previous theatre work includes touring the UK as both Sammy and Nat King Cole.

The former Manchester City international footballer has previously performed in the USA alongside Judy Carmichael at New York’s famous Rainbow Rooms.

Michael Taylor continued, “Together the talented trio combine ‘swingsationally’ in Rat Pack Live.
