COWDENBEATH left-back Kenny Adamson could be sidelined for the rest of the season with a foot injury.

The local lad, who has been a regular over the past five seasons, suffered a foot injury three weeks ago and has failed to respond to treatment.

He will undergo an x-ray to try and determine the problem but if it is as feared, a broken bone in his foot that is the problem, he will struggle to play again this season.

Meanwhile manager Jimmy Nicholl has fixed up a young striker from English non league Vauxhall Motors.

Portuguese 22 year-old, Domingos Agostino Silveiro, has signed until the end of the season.
