COWDNBEATH'S new boss, Billy Brown has brought three players in.
Goalkeeper Joe McGovern has put pen to paper to sign for Cowden.
Joe hails from Enniskillen, in Northern Ireland, and originally moved from Enniskillen Town to join Dundee United.
Whilst with United, Joe had loan spells with Clyde, East Fife and Montrose. Last season he was with Forfar.
Joe is the younger brother of Norwich City and Northern Ireland goalkeeper Michael McGovern.
Cowdenbeath FC are now able to confirm that midfielder Robbie Buchanan will be back at Central Park next season - this will be Robbie's fourth stint with Cowden but this time the ex-Hearts man has signed on a permanent basis!
And also the signing of wide midfielder/forward Jack Whittaker.
Nineteen year old Jack has been with Kilmarnock and last season went on loan to Stranraer in the January transfer window.
Both Jack and Robbie played against Queen of the South.
