At Lumphinnans Bowling Club it was congratulations to Dougie Semple and Liam Bell, from Rosyth, who defeated Dean Jones (Crossgates) and Connor Fulton (Valleyfield) 4-3 in an excellent final to win the Open Pairs competition, sponsored by Lochgelly man Ernie McPherson.
Beaten semi-finalists were Bobby Todd (Bowhill) and Scott Wallace (Kinglassie) and Mhairi McCall and John Thomson (Lumphinnans).
