LAST Thursday saw the last final of the season played at Broad Street BC, the Lindsay Cup, between Peter Wilkinson and John Cain.
After a hard fought match Peter came out on top to take the trophy.
On Saturday it was the closing of the green where visitors from Lochgelly and Coaltown of Wemyss took part.
Fortunately the weather allowed a full 17 ends of bowls which was followed by a lovely three course meal was served after the game by Lilian’s catering.
