COWDENBEATH FC officials have reported tannoy problems at the Cove Rangers match to their landlords at Central Park.

Scott Southgate has advised CFC of problems with the system at the last match involving the speaker at the new stand not working properly and this has been referred to GMP so they can remediate as necessary. Scott is the Supporters Liaison Officer (designate) for CFC fans and currently awaiting on hopefully firming this up with the help of Supporters Direct Scotland.

Meanwhile Cowdenbeath who were guaranteed a third place finish in Section 3 of the Betfred Cup have discovered that prize monies payable to the club for that will be £21,500. In addition their share of the gate at the Hearts match at Tynecastle will be a handy sum also.

Last season Cowden were unable to film matches as Ewan Anderson, who did this for the Blues, moved on to work for Hearts.

Said director David Allan: "We are now in talks with a volunteer whereby if all goes to plan, matches would be filmed, key coverage for tactical purposes would be passed to manager, and a highlights package would be uploaded with commentary.

"That is the intention at this point if all goes to plan. If successful then coverage could potentially be expanded".

Fans should remember discounts are available in respect of Gym Memberships with Fife Sports & Leisure Trust for all Cowdenbeath FC season ticket holders.
