Alloa Athletic 20s 2, Cowdenbeath 20s 2.

GOAL six minutes into injury time denied Cowdenbeath a second successive Development League East win at the Indodrill Stadium, writes Andy Mullen.

Cowden had raced into a two goal half-time lead with Josh MORRIS opening the scoring after 17 minutes when he followed up to slot the ball home after an initial shot from Cammy Muirhead had been blocked by Wasps 'keeper Wilson.

Ten minutes later Alloa thought they had levelled the score when a cross from Adam Martin flew into the net but Cunningham was in an offside position and the “goal” was ruled out.

With 32 minutes gone the Blues doubled their advantage when John OVENSTONE got on the end of a Lyle Kellichan corner to head home at the back post.

Alloa pulled a goal back in 86 minutes when Blair Penman parried a long range shot from Sinclair for a corner which saw John CUNNINGHAM slot the ball home from close range.

The Wasps pressed for a second goal in the closing minutes with Penman tipping a shot from Martin over the bar but the 'keeper was finally beaten with the last kick of the ball when Pow put Ronan KEARNEY through on goal to fire home the equaliser.
