On Friday afternoon at Lumphinnans Bowling Club the Yule Trophy Senior Singlehand competition was played.
After the round robin stages it was Rab Stewart and Kenny Salmon who progressed to the final where Rab defeated Kenny 7-4 in an excellent game. Well done to Rab and commiserations Kenny.
On Saturday Past President Jean Dickson eventually welcomed Dalgety Bay to the green fir annual friendly and after 15 ends of good bowling it was the visitors who ran ouit the winners 53-38.
On Sunday afternoon the final of the Scottish Pairs (Tom Keane Trophy) took place at the green.
It was contested by George Dick and Gary Handyside and Rab Robertson and Cliff Low and after 17 ends of quality bowling Rab and Cliff won by the narrow scoreline of 17-14. Well done to all competitors.
