BEATH High School has recently set up a Sports Council made up of a mix of S1-S5 pupils who were chosen by the PE department to represent their year group and peers.
The overall aim of this group is improving the experiences of pupils in PE and extra-curricular sports activities within the school.
The council’s main goal for this year has been to help the school achieve a Gold School Sport Award which would be a great achievement and the pupils are working hard to make this happen.
The pupils have also played an active role in organising the recent Senior Sports Awards night and are currently planning a similar event for the junior school.
The picture shows: Mr Jarvie, Megan Dair S5, Ellie Mudd S3, Cameron Keelan S3, Mr Young, Matthew Grant S1, Marnie Kellichan S1, Carlin Robertson S5 and Miss Hodge.
Missing are Chloe Buntin and Eve Ormiston S2
