CARDENDEN Primary School parent council members are always working hard for the school and the latest acquisition they have made is new gym equipment.
A total of £650 was raised for new mats and springboard to be used for the after school Gymnastics club run by Mrs Fleming.
Said chair of the parent council Emma McIntyre: "The equipment will also be put to good use during the schools gym lessons.
"The gymnastics club are currently raising funds to purchase school leotards with a view to competing".
