THERE is no doubt that a Development Trust in Cowdenbeath could make a significant difference to giving the town fresh impetus in its regeneration process.
A lot has being going on over the past few years to brighten up parts of the town but how the High Street can be given a new lease of life has remained a difficult question.
The Development Trust would seem to be a good way of this being tackled in a very positive way and hopefully people in the the town will support it.
With MSPs Alex Rowley and Annabelle Ewing throwing their support behind the cause there is momentum so hopefully within a matter of weeks things will be up and running.
If the public, council and MSPs work together then this project will work and the regeneration of Cowdenbeath will be well underway.
