I WOULD ask has anyone ever tried to call the doctors’ surgery in Cowdenbeath’s Stenhouse Street.
It is terrible the amount of time it takes to get through on the phone, the message always seems to say the lines are busy.
Even calling in the late afternoon there is a problem getting through and it costs a fortune in phone calls.
I wonder how many other people have had this problem, I would think a lot.

The surgery also has a queueing system whereby people can go along any day on or before at 8am if they want an appointment, and see what is available. The Ed.
