Re the Lochgelly Health Centre car park. Watching last week Fife Council’s parking attendant ‘vulture’ booked a Y reg car with tyres over the white line by 4” (100mm), but I see that both parking rows have obstacles at the other end.

The first row has a four-foot high wall as part of a space.

The other row at the surgery has a pool of water and mud and thorny bushes, which makes bay drivers all move over by a foot.

To anyone booked in these rows, take photos of these obstructions and take on the Council via your AA, RAC, or home insurance - it costs nothing.

Also the ramp row! If all move one over then the disabled cannot get out of a vehicle. Same as the Council’s other three non legal disabled bays.

Now we can all be fined by the money hungry Council.

I take it the car park will be upgraded, signed at entry and exit points and white lined one way, also proper disabled bays close to the surgery and winter snow clearing. Hah!
