RE the Four Winds Trust, which is supposed to benefit the ‘community’ with a disbursement of funds, I know of one organisation, who applied, after trying to get actual the address for nearly two years. The organisation applied in February or March this year.
Letters were sent but letters back and forth did not seem to arrive, or get answered.
As of this date (1st November 2014) the organisation still have not received any funds or even a letter. I wonder if local folk are involved in disbursing the funds?
This support the organisation really needed, and still does need help, to stay afloat.
So is there a report detailing all the organisations receiving funds; when and how much etc?
After all this is called ‘a community fund’, I know if I was the particular organisation, I would be un happy at the way have been treated.
To bring false hope like this is knocking morale, not aiding it.
Does a list of benefits paid to the general public get published?
M WATSON, Cowdenbeath.
