I AM not happy with what is happening in The Avenue.
The house gardens of the new development are the old side grass verge.
The trees have been cut down for a better view of the traffic. The road has been narrowed to at least provide a hop, skip and jump for some child into traffic.
Has a duty of care been observed regarding the noise and air pollution?
It is sad to see all these driveways straight on to the old 40mph B road. Developers have already altered the plans, who enforces the plans? Please could any councillor provide some answers?
CONCERNED RESIDENT,
Lochgelly.
