TO all residents in the Cooperha' area of Lochgelly, I should like to point out that an application to the licensing board has been forwarded by a Rosyth resident to have Used Car premises at the former haulage yard in Hugh Place.
It suggests it will be open seven days a week from 8am to 9pm.
The notice giving details of where objections have to be forwarded to within 28 days has now disappeared from the area.
Traffic and parking problems ahead I fear.
